PA-FE-TX card in 7206VXR not recognized

Hello,

I wonder if anybody can help me in determining the proper H/W and S/W compatibility versions for this card. I have a PA-FE-TX card that is not being recognized in my 7206VXR (NPE400).

I have tried multiple slots and the card has been tested good in another chassis.

I'm running IOS image c7200-js-mz.123-9a.bin

The VXR midplane is version 2.7

What does 'sh diag' give you when you insert the card ?

The IOS you have is supposed to support this card..
