Slopes

I have never experienced permit tcp any any established to cause anything like that. And I have difficulty thinking of any scenario where permit tcp any any established could cause this kind of problem.

Is it possible that there is some issue on the device that is receiving the FTP transfer? Perhaps it does not have sufficient space to receive large files or has some access restriction about large files?

Have you tried removing the permit tcp any any established and replace it with a permit ftp (and ftp-data) for the specific hosts involved? Does that change the symptoms? Or is it possible to (temporarily) remove the access group from the interface and try the ftp transfer without any access list filtering?
