how do you ping from 1 router to another
From Router0, ping Router3’s Fa4/0 interface (192.168.43.2). Does it work?

It can works if you configure R0 interface with 192.168.43.1 for exameple.
Those interface must be directly connected.
But, theres a whole world of possibilities here.

Hello,
You need bidirectional reachability. In other words R0 needs to know how to get to R3s Fa4/0 interface network and R3s Fa4/0 interface needs to know how to get to R0. This can be done with static routing or dynamic routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, RIP). Are you trying to lab up this scenario or just curious?

Hello,
what is the context of your question ? Is this an exam topic, or a Packet Tracer project ? In the latter case, post the zipped project (.pkt) file...

I think you need to check in both sides if these routers know the remote networks.
You can use "show ip route" command to fo this.
Unless that both routers are direclty connected and you try to ping from IPs of this interface direct connected.
