I read that set ip next hop address will only work if the next hop is directly connected/adjacent. Is there any work around for non adjacent next hops? Thanks in advance.
There certainly is a work around. Use the 'set ip next-hop recursive ' and the router will determine the actual next-hop by doing a recursive lookup for the specified IP.
