Power source for ie-3000

about power a ie-3000-8tc, I don't understand the difference between an PWR-IE3000-AC and (PWR-IE65W-PC-AC= OR PWR-IE65W-PC-DC=).

which one should  I use?

It depends on how you're planning on powering the unit. If you're expecting to feed standard AC power to the unit, you need the first one. If you need to power it from a DC source, you need the second one.
