Hello everyone, I wanted to tell you about a problem we are having when trying to connect two CBS350-24T-4X switches using their fiber ports. We are using SFP+ modules, Mikrotik brand, Model XS+2733LC15D.
Connectivity between the two devices is not established, and the ports are even blocked by Link Flap Prevention. We tested the same Mikrotik XS+2733LC15D SFP+ modules with Ubiquiti Switch without any problems. We have disabled 802.3 Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE), Link Flap Prevention and Smartport but the problem persists.
The Cisco Switch has Firmware Version: 3.4.0.17.
We would appreciate any help you can give us.

Sounds like a compatibility issue with those SFPs, Cisco generally does not support 3rd party optics
