Problem in my CME router 2801

Hello all, 

i have a cisco 2801 router where configured the CME. The problem i have is that internal site to site voice communications work fine but the external ones doesn't works at all (POTS: mobile and traditional).

When i executed the command:

# csim start mobile _number

i get the error message in the following capture:

 

Have you any idea about this problem

Please help me we spend a week trying to troubleshoot this problem 

An other important thing:

When we restart the router, all things work fine for few minutes and the problem come back !

when i type this command:

#sh call 

i saw the following error code 

Disconnect cause=22

disconnected text= no circuit (34)

 

Please help me to resolve this  problem 

I will be grateful hearing  from you as soon as possible

Wrong forum. 2801 is not a kind of Small Business class device.Your chances to get valuable reply are rather low.

Please [ DELETE ] your question here and recreate it in more suitable forum. Consider IP Telephony.

Although I'm not expert on the matter, you should describe your environment - especially type and configuration of outgoing line the particular test call is routed to. And debug output of such interface (like debug isdn q931 if it is isdn line). The Q.850 code 34 may be true response from uplink line. In such case there may be nothing wrong with your's configuration, you may be blocked by upstream telco provider for some reason.
