problem with EIGRP

hello, currently on my Cisco 1841 router I have configured EIGRP protocol, my problem is that all sessions simultaneously fail EIGRP and restored within seconds, all come from different sources. The IOS version is 12.4 (25g). I appreciate your help.

There could be multiple reasons for that:

1) Check if you have hardware failure, it could be a sudden hardware failure.

2) Check if you have a Link failure or a Sudden Link failure.

3) Check if you have Congestion on the Main Link between the EIGRP peers.

4) Check if you have High CPU or Memory Utilization on your Device, this could also lead to the router reset periodically the EIGRP session.

Mohamed

Hi Mohamed,

1) Check if you have hardware failure, it could be a sudden hardware failure.

My hardware is OK.

2) Check if you have a Link failure or a Sudden Link failure.

I have multiple Links but all session fall.

3) Check if you have Congestion on the Main Link between the EIGRP peers.

no Congestion.

4) Check if you have High CPU or Memory Utilization on your Device, this could also lead to the router reset periodically the EIGRP session.

Cpu and Memory is ok

I wonder if there is a known bug related to this failure.

Please supply the output of show log and show ip eigrp neighbors
