Problem with NetAcad when first opening Packet Tracer

Hi,
A few months ago, I tried to register a NetAcad account to download Cisco Packet Tracer to learn networking in an online course, but when I open Packet Tracer for the first time, the login page for NetAcad Account never appears with a display like this
Is there a solution for this ? I've tried reinstalling Packet Tracer, but it still doesn't work, I even tried the previous version on the download page but still can't, please help and advice this is important for my learning, especially at work, thank you.

can you paste the URL that is displaying this error message ?
Try and clear your browser cache, that might help. Which browser (and version) are you using ?

Thanks for the response, I've tried opening the url in all three browsers I have, Edge Chromium, Google Chrome and even Internet Explorer and I can open it in all three browsers, but not with Packet Tracer. Here I give you the link
