Problems with cooper SFP on SG350-10SFP 10-Port

Greetings

Im having connectivity problems when i use cooper sfp on a SG350-10SFP 10-Port. The speed get hard coded to 1000 and cant configurate to 100 or enable auto negotiation. The cooper sfp is 10/100/1000 and they work fine on a SG300 and even in the combo port (G9,G10) on the same SG350 but dont work on ports  G1- G8. I upgrade the fimrware to the latest one (2.5.7.85) and the problem persist.

Cousin Sujit has same problem with mini cooper SFP stuck at 1000.  No auto w/ SG350.  Maybe jumper cable wrong or linkage is broken.  Ordered 2 new coopers but still cannot drive CAT5.

which brand are your SFPs ? Are these Cisco SFPs or third party SFPs ?
