Dears
I have problem with a particular subnet. It is not able to access a server port from this particular subnet only.Other public IP subnet can access without any problem. The server port is 829. I checked the firewall configuration, nothing is blocking this subnet in the firewall. Please help me if anyone have solution.

Have you got a route to this subnet? Are you supposed learning it from BGP?

I can reach to them and from that subnet it is able to ping the Gateway.
Also I can see the packets to the server port when they do telnet by ip
cache flow command.

Can you sniff your server interface to see what's happening?

You mean through router or directly to the server? Another subnets can reach
the port without any problem.

Sniff directly on server and maybe at the same time debug ip packet detail
