If I have a policy-map that uses 10 different classes but my "priority" class is located at the bottom, is it still scheduled first within an interval? I would assume it is, but I'm confused because I know that policy-maps are processed in a top-down fashion like an ACL.
Thank you!

That curious. I only recall always seeing LLQ classes listed before all non-LLQ classes, and the default class, if explicitly listed, listed last.
What platform and IOS?

I've haven't looked, but I would presume that a fairly new IOS version. Maybe it's a "feature". Or, perhaps, as it's a "T" train, a bug.
Do the corresponding manuals mention anything?

I have this same question. If the LLQ class is below the non-LLQ class is the priority queue handle first on a serial interface?

LLQ should be dequeued before any other class.

Regardless of the order of the classes in a policy map. Meaning if the LLQ is below a NON-LLQ in the POlicy Map order...the LLQ should be processed first?

Correct.
BTW, I believe I seen some platforms list LLQ policy classes first, regardless how they were entered. (Likewise, default class, if explicitly defined, is listed last.)
