QoS policy-map (set dscp) on catalyst 3850 (MLS QoS) mot working

Hello,

I'd like to set to all ip traffic on input port (Calayst 3850, 03.07.05E)  to DSCP=0.

But I doesn't work, I'm sure because on destination I still see dscp = other than 0.

Is there any limitation on 3850 input policy.map config ?

here the config I did:

show poliy-map interface TenGigabitEthernet1/0/1
