QoS priority question

After adding the bandwidth command to the interface I see that amount of bandwidth allocated to VOICE is only 5000 kbps. Should this not be 10000 kbps?  or am I calculating it wrong?

Did you manually enter the value of priority 5000kbps? if not can you do so and repost the show run part result.
