need to do one of technical mechanism (dual stack)and test the Quality of Service and the perfomance

I'm not quite sure what you're asking help with. You mentioned stacks, so are you using stackable switches, such as Cisco 3750's? Also, what is it that you are trying to test the QoS settings for (i.e. voice settings for Cisco Phones).

If you can give a little more information, this will greatly help. thanks!
