Please try to have a look at one of the following commands:
- show interfaces
- show controllers
- show line
Perhaps one of them will either allow you to see or specify the unit ID, or will allow you to see the statistics of modem control changes which should be inordinately high compared to other ports.

Hello,
I am not sure if that can be deduced from the show idb output. Is that the only logging message displayed? Can you perhaps have a look into show interfaces or show line output and search for excessive information about link up/down transitions?
