Hello @Herman2018

Please refer here:

https://community.cisco.com/t5/routing/nat-translate-outside-source-and-destination/td-p/1883432

Note that PAT is not allowed from the outside to the inside so it will not work.

Best regards

Recall Cisco has documentation on main site showing how to do that.  Try searching their main site for "two way nat" or "double nat".

PS:

Just did a quick search, so far haven't found Cisco documentation on this subject (also known as "twice nat" or "overlapping nat"), but there's various articles, outside of Cisco, discussing this issue, and how to perform it, on Cisco equipment.  ASA slook like they can do it on one device, IOS kind of Cisco devices might required two nat devices.)  There are also some community posts on this subject too.
