Hi, there I have catalyst 2960 x series I want to access the internet from a home router without any Cisco
when I ping google form the switch it’s successful but on my laptop I can’t
can someone help me with it ?

connect to a linksys rtr than to my Cisco Switch with
sfp port g1/0/49

can you elaborate a little- do you mean ypu have a none cisco rtr attached to a cisco catalyst switch? , If so can you confirm if you have access and administrative control to this rtr?

Guessing your 2960 has and SVI set to get an IP via DHCP from your Linksys which the Linksys then NATs for internet access. Is your PC getting a DHCP address from your Linksys too?
