I recently recommended two 1841 routers each with a WIC-1DSU-T1-V2 for a client turning up a PPP circuit.
As I was reading the data sheet on the 1841, it points out that it does not support the WIC-1DSU-T1. That Version 2 will be needed.
My questions are:
-Does anyone have the link that explains the difference between the two cards?
-Will version 1 work in an 1841 and just not the added features, or is version 2 absolutely necessary.
-I see that version offers current wetting support.
Is this enable or disable by default?
Thanks,
Brad

The Cisco T1 DSU/CSU WIC offers all of the features of the WIC-1DSU-T1 and can be smoothly deployed without any additional training.
