Hi there,
What RADIUS server implementation are you using?
Most RADIUS servers will ship with CLI tools to test against themselves.

Seb.

Yes I am using windows server 2012 R2.
I've used another way by configuring this server with NPS and user groups but when I tried to use NTRadPing it show's me an error.
Software(NTRadPing) -> RADIUS Server reply:
Error:
Sending authentication request to server <server IP address> Transmitting packet, code=1 id=2 length=46
no response from server (time out), new attempt (#1)
no response from server (time out), new attempt (#2)
no response from server (time out), new attempt (#3)
no response from server (time out), new attempt (#4)
no response from server (time out), new attempt (#5)
no response from server (time out), new attempt (#6)
could not receive a response from the server
As I am able to ping my RADIUS server from my workstation in the same network. And I've used a workstation as a RADIUS client.
Ping is fine but access to the server is not.
Will be thankful for you help.

I've never used the windows radius service so can't suggest much troubleshooting steps.
From your output, I would check that it is using the standard raidus ports (UDP/1812 and UDP/1813). Also check that the service is permitted by the windows firewall.
Cheers,
Seb.

Yes I've checked but I did not configure RADIUS port. My issue have been resolved because I've found my switch configurations issue.
Very thankful for Your time.

Hello again,
Sounds like you will want to configured dynamic VLAN assignment based on AD groups:
