Currently we have 5Gig Rate limiting on those routers we want to increase it to 10G, would need license for it ?.
Cisco is saying this it went end of sale in 2022, so I do not have a way to quote it for you.

@pthakkar, downgrade the firmware to IOS-XE to 3.16.X (CSCvi80270).
