Hi experts,

Hopefully somebody can help me

The situation: I have a Cisco router with NAT and configured the following:

ip nat inside source static tcp 192.168.10.100 80 interface FastEthernet0/0 80

This means, from the Internet I can reach the webserver.

But now, I want reach from my LAN (192.169.10.0 / 24) also the webserver, but using the IP address of the FastEthernet0/0 (public IP). Now, it don't works.

Which configuration does I need?

Thanks in advance!

Wim

Joe does need a decent firewall (vuurmuur)

The feature which does exactly what you require is called: DNS Doctoring

As far as I could find, it is only supported on an ASA.

However, an ASA5505BUN-K9 is not too expensive and it provides better security than a nat-router.

You may consider upgrading your security and tackle this issue at the same time!
