hello to all
in a MPLS scenario i saw that in last line of configuration requirement it mentioned :
- for any simplify future changes, your configuration must not limited to any prefixes.
the total requirement about MPLS backbone and some others branches which already connected through it.
for that requirement not limited to prefixes i think that it means i have to play with RD and Route-Target values in order to specify which prefixes should be accepted (received by PE from CE) which one NOT !
before this line just there was some demand that said which branches have to received which Branch's Prefixes
am i think correct?

Hello cisc0.amer,
I agree it is calling for playing with route targets to create the desired connectivity model.
Use of different RD allows for multiple path to a multihomed VRF site (connected to two different PE nodes).
Hope to help
Giuseppe
