Recover Cisco Certification Account

Hello,

 

I am been working with a company in the past,during the tenure I completed CCIE Routing & Switching written 12th Jan 2016 and my certification account was registered with my company email ID. Now I am no more with the company and I would like to recover my certification account and need to map it to my personnel email ID. Pleas advise how to proceed.
