Redundant Power System 2300 with a 2800 ISR

Can you tell me how the RPS-2300 will function with a 2800 series ISR? I would have one 750watt PS in the 2300 connected to the ISR. IF the ISR PS dies, the 2300 takes over? When the ISR is repaired the 2300 goes back? IS the 750Watt supply enough for a 2800. I have no switch ports in the ISR

Hi,

With one 750watt PS, only one 2800 router will be supported.If the ISR PS dies, RPS will take over and when the ISR's PS is repaired the RPS detects that the ISR PS is OK and it will hand off the power to the ISR's PS.
