Redundency confihuration problem

Hello All,

My Name is Arijit. Ihave following question,

I have one Cisco ASA 5505 where one Internet link is terminating through a cisco 2811 router. The ISP link has given it's own public IP pool. Now we are planning to take one more Internet ISP link for redundency for both incoming as well as outgoing traffic. Now my quaries are.

1. How do I use the new ISP link to act as a redundant link for incoming traffic.

2.Where do I need to terminate the link. in router or UTM and what will be the configuration.

Please refer to the link below. It recommends that the second link be terminated on the router outside the firewall. This router is then configured for policy based routing.
