Hi,
Do you want to manage C2960 via telnet and ssh? If yes, sure you can.

I want an ssh connection to a switch at home, at my school a ssh to the switches for that exam but do not know if this is possible
can you tell me something if this is possible please

It depends on several things. Most important is whether the switch is reachable from the Internet. If the switch is dynamically natted as most devices in home installations are then it would not be reachable from the Internet and you would not be able to SSH to it.
