Hi all,
I am facing issue with Etherchannel detects a physical link down. I have two sites connected by Layer 2 VPN controlled by the service provider (they are using huwawi equipment's). i am using 2960s stacked switches and i configured port channel on both side. i am using LACP. the issue is the switch over between the primary link and secondary link takes around 60 seconds. The link state message takes that time to arrive to other side. i tried to use UDLD but that didn't solve the issue. is there any way to decrease the timing to make the switch over transparent to the users? Kindly help me with this since i was trying to solve this issue since long time ago :(

Some LACP capable devices support fast LACP; don't know if your 2960s do.
See if the interface command, lacp rate fast, is supported.
