If someone had moved a right-to-use license to permanent mode, and we did not in fact have the right to use it... how do you remove it or move it back to evaluation?
license purge doesn't work, and license clear doesn't recognise it:
core#license clear securityk9 % Error: No license entries with the feature name: securityk9 Index 41 Feature: securityk9 Period left: Life time License Type: RightToUse License State: Active, Not in Use, EULA accepted License Count: Non-Counted License Priority: Low
This an ASR 1001X (IOS-XE), there is no "no license feature" command in config mode.

Hello,
to partially answer your question:
--> An expired image based evaluation license can not be reactivated after reboot
That means if your RTU is active, there is no way to revert to the evaluation license.

OK thanks, ideally I would want to remove it entirely as we don't have a right to use it, just suggested moving to evaluation might be another option to get rid of it (it was never actually used).
I already tried `no license solution level securityk9`, it shows "Not In use" as shown above, but still has "RightToUse".
