Resetting/Removing a username/password from a previous owner of a Cisco Router

Hello!   I Bought a used 1841 Cisco Router from Ebay.

However, the previous owner forgot/did not remove the configurations and still has a username/password security

Is there anyway to remove/reset the security?

The first thing the command prompt is requesting is a username access verification and then a password, So i cant use the >enable command and go from there.

Look at the back of the router. Do you see the CF slot in the left-hand side? Eject that.
Power up the router.
Because the router doesn't have a CF, it should boot into ROMmon.
Enter the following commands: confreg 0x2142
Hit enter.
Power down the router.
Insert the CF back again.
Power on the router.
The router should boot up into factory-reset mode.
Erase the config of the previous owner by going to enable mode and then followed by "wr erase".
Don't forget to change back the config-registration by:
conf t
config-registry 0x2102
end
Save the config and reboot the route again.
