Trying to get wake-on-LAN (wol) going across our WAN, but can't get it to work. Cisco says ASA supports wol, as does IPSec. We connect our regions via ASA VPN and branch IPSec VPN tunnels. Currently the ASA is the regional default router. The UDP broadcast does not make it trough to the remote side. Does this need to be changed so that the ASA's are not the default router, but instead the next hop switch-router?
