Router 2811 rommon with problem in flash

Hello

I have a question referent at Router 2811 i can't load the ios since flash: when this start or reload, this send a message referent to not recognize the flash: and that no contein the valid FS.

Here is the error message:

Entering rommon> prompt after several failed attempts to boot an IOS image.
Please check your internal/external flash drives for the correct IOS image
and issue 'reset' at the rommon> prompt to re-try the boot process.
please what I can to do that for solve this problem?

Looks like image has been corrupted , you can try to do an xmodem/tftpdnld to get an image back on it when its in rommon
