I'd like to know if the router 7206 VXR supports 10 tunnel GRE over IPSEC.

The number of Gre tunnels you can have i think depends on the type of  VPN acceleration card you have.

Yes it supports on both NPE-G1 and NPE-G2 processor with VAM2+.
