Router crashes with bus error !!!

Hi,

The router crashes due to below error -

System returned to ROM by bus error at PC 0x25496778, address 0x26C

Router crashes only once and now its working fine.

It must have been the software error due to which is happened. No hardware failure or else it would have been repeated frequently.

What is the exact reason for this.

Tried searching for above hex. values , but no luck.

Attached are the show log, show tech-support and crash info file.

Need help.

this kind of issue is usually raised to Cisco TAC if your router is covered by smartnet.
