I need to order a small router, 2911, that will access a DSL. What interfaces do I need? Can ADSL use a standard ethernet port?

Depends. If you have a DSL modem that's facing the ISP, then you can. You can enable the modem for "pass through" and let the router all the authentication stuff.
If you want a direct line into the router, then you'll need EHWIC-VA-DSL module.
