router failed to boot

the router fails to boot, it start and give me the below exceotion message with no code. is this a software or hardware failure?

it stops/fails before you can break and change the config!

Is that an old 2500?

Perhaps it was sitting there because faulty..

The only thing you can try, remote the ram and check if it goes any better.
