Could you please tell me how much router performance is drop when we migrate to IPv6 from IPv4.

There should be no noticeable difference in performance with ipv6 compared to ipv4.

I don't know if there's a general rule. You would probably need to see if there's an IPv4 vs. IPv6 performance documented (for the device in question).
On many Cisco switches, throughput is often noted as halved for IPv6, vs. IPv4. But, I wouldn't suggest that as a general rule.
