I want to configure our unused Routers 1921 with HWIC-4ESW and 1941 with HWIC-1FE for manual replacement for our attached any running router if damage. But I don’t’ know how can I configure same as running router?

Pls. find the attached network design.

i don't know how to configure router same as running router. i have 2 Routers and it is unused now. so i want to configure my unused and down my running router and replace my test router.Then test the network. This is plan for Disaster Recovery.
