HI ALL
I need to know as to what are the different router components and spares that are available with separate part numbers that could be stocked for field level maintenance like flash,ram,etc where can i get this info?

Depends on the router chosen.
An extreme example would be the 7600 series, you could quite literally spare everything.
Generally a component sold as a spare has the same part number as the original, followed by an = sign.

There is no definitive list of FRUs and each platform has different ones.
