Routing An Owned IP Address Block Across The Internet

I have taken ownership of (3) /24 public IP Addresses from my VAR. I applied to ARIN for an AS and have those IP Addresses associated with my AS #. I have an existing ISP. Do I need to give them ownership of these addresses for them to route them across the Internet? Or can I do this by running BGP with them?

Thanks,

Your ISPs should have either a form or a request method for setting up BGP with you. There's a process that you'll have to follow with them so that they will accept your prefixes and advertise them on to their peers.

You keep ownership. One of the nice things about owning your own IP space is that you aren't tied to any ISP. If you want to migrate providers, there's no re-ip work to do and no DNS updates.
