Hi guys
Hopefully someone will tell me the secret of this problem.
I just cannot reach out of my DHCP router as you'll understand on the pic or I have attached Packet Tracer file below as well...

I have attached the file working.
About the changes made:
-I have corrected the indicated gateway in the DHCP pool to match the address entered in the subinterfaces.
-When using static routes, it becomes unnecessary to use the RIP protocol, so I have also deleted it.
-I've corrected the internet address to do tests.
-I have modified all the static routes, since they had errors.
You can check all the changes in the attached file.

You did very good Luis but there is no Default Gateway and no vlan numbers on switches...
What I did is a school thing, on the paper this is what they want....
All stupid configuration together...
