RV215W will not allow access to single site

Thing had been humming away just fine and then all users could not access 1 particular site, that they use daily. Tried using openDNS GoogleDNS and the ISP's DNS all hard code into the local machines, the website was accessible by anyone on any other network during all of this.

The set-up: cable one modem/router - RV215W - Dell switch (pass thru) to the local machines.

Trace route dies under 30 hops to all machines but is able to translate the site to IP and gets passed the RV215W. Ping will fail on all local machines.

Tracert on the RV215W will resolve the IP however Ping again fails.

If I connect directly to the RV215W I still can not access the site. eliminate switch.

If I connect directly to the CableOne modem/router I can access the website. Tried resetting the RV215W to factory defaults, still no access to the site on local machines or connected to the RV215W directly.

Update (01/09) brought the unit home and plugged it into my network (no settings changed) was able to navigate to the site just fine. I use same ISP at the house. Unit still handed out the hard coded DNS' and IP range as well.

Any thoughts?

UTILISE LE GATEWAY

True each gateway would provide a different IP to the outside, which was making me think the web page providers Firewall/filter perhaps. In the end returned the unit to the site plugged it back in and everything worked flawlessly as before.

So appears all is well thank you mraimsaid1 for taking time to read and reply :)
