Good morning,
I’m having an issue with my RV340 router. I recently tried to connect a Sub speaker from Sonos to my network and it will connect for a few minutes then it drops. Sonos is saying the router “refusing to perform HDCP Proxy services.” Any insight would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hello @Beer Money,
there are a few reports over at the Sonos Forum about having this kind of issue with the Cisco RV series.
In short you need to check the following:
Based on those discussions it also seems to make a difference whether you use wired or wireless connections.
HTH!

Good afternoon Jens,
I have looked into that. It appears the issue may be a lack of DHCP Proxy support with the RV340.

Yes, the lack of support for this feature on the RV340 is probably the root cause of this issue.
However, based on the discussions I read it might be possible to workaround it as mentioned above based on your flexibility to use wired or wireless connections for your Sonos devices.
