RV340 Dual WAN Gigabit VPN Router issues

Our small-business router is experiencing significant amounts of downtime. We did the following to sort out the issue such as:
-monitor network traffic
-check for overheating
-reboot the device
-check for firmware updates
And so far, it does not seem like our attempts are working. Neither can we predict when it will occur. Any suggestions?
