Upgrade firmware from V1.1.14 to V1.2.11. This router was used to pass VOIP calls (using port forwarding for signaling and RTP)from private to public side of the router in a isolated test lab. Configuration prior to upgrade was recorded and then verified after the upgrade. All went well until I tried to pass calls through the router, seems the RTP will not go from Public to Private even though I have all required ports being forwarded to the endpoint (private side). I have even diabled the firewall radial button with not luck. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks in advance. Bob

On fw version 1.2.11 and has reset the router to factory with the reset button. Set the router back up for remote management and then you can able to port forward.
