Any of the protocols can work with ip secondary addresses in the sense that they can advertise them.
However, neither OSPF nor EIGRP will form adjacencies through them because those protocols use the primary address of the interface as their source address.
RIP is a different case, because there is no such thing as an adjacency in RIP. If the partner can hear the broadcast/multicast advertisment, then he will use it.
