Serial 0/0/0 protocol description is down

Hi,

We are using cisco router 1841 series with RAD ASMi-52.

The problem we are facing is Serial 0/0/0 status is UP and protocol description is DOWN.

When I check the local loopback, it seems ok !

So could somebody help me on this regards, how to find the solution as the telephone copany is saying tere line is ok.

Serial 0/0/0 status is UP and protocol description is DOWN.

Means Layer 1 is OK but Layer 2 is not.  Check the configuration of both sides.  

Post the config of the interfaces of both ends.
