Service module is failed!

Hello all,

I have a problem with the switch module in Cisco Router 2911/switch module 3560E.

It was working everything ok when it suddenly lost connection.

When I try to log in via router its stuck in:

Router#service-module gigabitEthernet 1/0 session
Trying 10.140.10.1, 2067 ... Open

The output from the service status:

Router#service-module gigabitEthernet 1/0 status
Service Module is Cisco GigabitEthernet1/0
Service Module supports session via TTY line 67
Service Module is failed
Service Module reset on error is disabled
Service Module heartbeat-reset is enabled
Service Module status is not available

I can login to router via ssh, but not via console so I cannot get logs from the boot.

Solutions I have tried:

1.service-module gigabitEthernet 1/0 reset

2.Reboot router/switch

3.Remove switch module physically and put back in.

Would appreciate any kind of help,

Thanks!

   - Connect to the router with : https://cway.cisco.com/cli/  , at the top right press (or run) : System Diagnostics.
