Setting Up MPLS on HSRP Cisco Nexus Core Switches

Hi,

We recently setup MPLS on one interface (int eth 1/31) on CORE1 of our Dual Nexus 3500 Core Switches. From our partner site they are able to reach any device that is routing through CORE1. They cannot get to any device that is routing through CORE2.

The Network switches are running HSRP.

What is the best protocol to get our partner site to access any device connected to CORE2?

There is minimal VRF interface.

can I know are both run vPC ?
MPLS is L2 or L3VPN ?
