Hi all, can some one help me with SG350XG-48T i have 2 SG350XG-48T 48-Port 10GBase-T Stackable Managed Switch brand new and i think i have some issue and if some one can help me to please as i think there is issue the way i connected the 2 switches together using link aggregation   write to me. thank you

is it possible we can skype as it is hard to explain but i will try,


i have gaming club with 116 computer and 3 switchers each 48 ports


2 switches i just got them 6 days back SG350XG-48T 10gb and 1 switch SG300-52 52 1gb


since i put the 10gb switchs i start to have like network lag for 4 sec time to time,


please check the photos i attached and see if i have mistakes as iam not so pro in cisco.
